These terms cover your use of Casting Station (the "service") — the website, the app, and the tools we provide to help you cast roles. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Casting Station is a product that helps casting directors, brands, and creative teams find people for roles. Casting Station is the product name we operate under; it is not a separate registered company.
You sign in through Clerk, our authentication provider. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up.
You describe the role you're casting. Our AI turns your notes into a brief, searches public sources for people who might fit, and returns a shortlist of candidates. You decide who to contact and you reach out in your own voice. We help you find people faster — we don't make hiring or casting decisions for you.
Use the service lawfully and treat the people you find with respect. You are responsible for any outreach you send and for following the laws that apply to you, including rules about contacting people, marketing, and casting minors. Don't use the service to harass anyone or to collect information for a purpose the law doesn't allow.
Candidate details come from publicly available sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Check the facts before you rely on them, and confirm details directly with a person before you make commitments.
Paid plans are described on our pricing page. If a plan carries a fee, we'll tell you the price and get your agreement before we charge you.
The service uses AI, and AI can be wrong. Results may miss good matches or include people who don't fit. Use your own judgment on everything the service returns.
We may update the service and these terms as the product grows. If we make an important change, we'll do our best to let you know. You can stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
